Assistant Barista Manager
-Running the weekly Wenatchee errand run- including (but not limited to) Costco, URM & Chef Store, picking up needed supplies for the week and unloading at Argonaut. Need to be able to lift heavy boxes and spatially organize.
-Organizing & taking recycling to the transfer station (weekly), maintaining systems so that staff is operating efficiently and knowing the rules of recycling- work with Barista Manager to effectively train staff, when needed.
-Organizing inventory- organizing inventory when back from Wenatchee run, breaking down boxes, making sure FIFO methods are being followed.
-Shift lead while Manager is not there- need to be responsible and effective at leading the team when the manager is out.
-Trash- ensuring trash is being taken out on correct days and is not overflowing.
-Add media to Instagram Stories- latte art, staff, food, etc.
**$18/hr (plus tips on barista shifts) + $500/mo.
Healthcare & Paid time off included.
We start our baristas at $16/hr and you can expect to make $8-$15 more/hr in tips.
While barista experience is great, it is not required. We just ask for a willingness to learn and a positive, helpful attitude towards customers and your fellow employees. This position includes food prep, money handling, washing dishes, mopping floors, general cleaning/dusting, customer interaction, the ability to multi-task and must have good interpersonal communication.
**Currently looking for someone to work Friday-Sunday and start training mid-September!
